I'm Sultan Almur — a final-year Innovation & Entrepreneurship student at Higher Colleges of Technology, Dubai Al Nahda Campus, graduating in 2026.
My focus is the practical side of innovation — how entrepreneurial frameworks, operational discipline, and emerging technology come together to create real value. AgriNova — my capstone venture in vertical farming and sustainable consumer technology — is the clearest expression of that focus, built around the UAE's food-security priorities. During my cross-functional summer internship with Emirates UAE Sales, I applied the same thinking within one of the country's flagship enterprises.
Alongside my degree, I've earned verified certifications in revenue operations, sales management, sales enablement, customer service, and applied AI — the operational toolkit behind the entrepreneurial ambition. I'm based in Dubai and most engaged at the intersection of strategy, sustainability, and applied technology.
After graduation my goal is to join an organisation where ambition is an asset — where I can apply what I've built, take real responsibility early, and grow into a leader who executes rather than just manages. I hold myself to that standard because that's how you distinguish yourself: not by talking about the work, but by doing it.
