I'm Sultan Almur — a final-year Innovation & Entrepreneurship student at Higher Colleges of Technology, Dubai Al Nahda Campus, graduating in October 2026.
My focus is the practical side of innovation: how entrepreneurial frameworks, operational discipline, and emerging technology come together to create real value. My capstone project — AgriNova, a vertical-farming and sustainable consumer technology venture — is the clearest expression of that focus, built around the UAE's food-security and sustainability priorities. This summer, I'm joining Emirates for an internship that places me inside one of the country's flagship enterprises.
Alongside my degree, I've pursued verified certifications in revenue operations, sales management, sales enablement, customer service, and applied AI — the operational toolkit to support entrepreneurial ambition.
I'm based in Dubai and most engaged when working at the intersection of strategy, sustainability, and applied technology.
I'm not here to follow a template. My goal after graduation is to join an organisation where ambition is an asset — where I can apply what I've built, take on real responsibility early, and grow into a leader who doesn't just manage but executes. I hold myself to a high standard because I believe that's how you distinguish yourself: not by talking about what you'll do, but by doing it.
